Orgalime expresses its concern about the lack of decision over the proposal for a Council Decision amending directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS Directive) for the purposes of establishing maximum concentration values for certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (COM (2004) 606 final).
